As a caretaker, you will answer incoming calls from guests, travel partners and internal team members on existing individual and group bookings. Caretakers must have the ability to naturally engage with all kind of callers in order to create the kind of personal connection that builds brand loyalty.
Caretakers (m/f/d) will have to:
Listen effectively
Understand the needs of the caller
Be knowledgeable
Communicate in a positive and enthusiastic manner
Make the caller feel valued
Resolve customer service issues using first contact resolution skills
