Our client specialises in professional claims management. Contracted by businesses that cannot collect outstanding claims with their own reminder processes task them to our client. With experience throughout two decades, the employees have varied arguments to convince defaulting payers - seriously and in accordance within the law. Our client operates throughout Europe. Currently they are enlarging their Iberian business. Therefore we are looking for people (m/f/d) who speak Spanish or Portuguese together with very good German language skills.
What will you be doing:
- written and verbal communication with debtors
- agreement of instalments and repayment terms
- document management
- retrieval of debts
- regularly contacting debtors and payment monitoring
- preparation of final invoicing
Who you are:
- good communication skills including persuasiveness
- interest in commercial issues
- creativity in solving and finding solutions
- self-motivation
- ability to finish and close cases
- general computer knowledge
- very good command of written and spoken German - in combination with Spanish or Portuguese
