Our client is a service provider for business trips. Target customers are small and media sized enterprises that do not have an own travel department and require assistance in finding best prices and connections. Customers benefit from framework agreements with hotels, airlines and rental car companies. There is also a loyalty programme available that allows to earn and redeem credits.

In your new job in customer service / customer support you will delight new and existing customers by explaining the services offered, helping with booking issues or replying to other questions.

Typical questions or requests refer to the registration process, the advantages of becomming a customer, booking of accomodations or transport and questions concerning invoices and open payments.

You (m/f/d) will be a good match for this role with the following skill set:

- PC literate
- positive customer service attitude
- can deal with a diversity of people
- helpful and polite
- fluent in German, Dutch or French
