Our customer is active in the logistics industry, with focus on transport and warehousing. The euro-pallet serves as a central mean of transport. The commercial department is, inter alia, responsible for documenting and managing the inventory of euro-pallets in the various warehouses and with customers.

To expand the existing team, we are looking for you (m/f/d).

What will I be doing:
- Booking of pallets (each driver documents how many pallets he transported to and from a location)
- Sale and rental of pallets
- Complaint processing (damaged pallets, inventory differences)
- Disposition (ensure availability of pallets when and where required)
- communicate with the drivers

What you bring:
- Enjoy working in a commercial environment
- Experience in working with PC applications
- Service orientation
- Can work shifts
- Initial experience in customer support is an advantage but not a prerequisite
