Our client is one of the big online shops when it comes to fashion and accessories. Customers are at home in the whole of Europe and the rest of the world. If customers do not like what they have purchased or it just does not fit they simply return the product. Now this is where you get involved:

Returned items bring a lot of questions that need to be answered and problems resolved. To do so, communication with the customer is necessary - this might take place via email, papermail or telephone and computer applications like scanner, smart phone cameras and electronic messanger services. To make sure the communication runs smooth and effective we are looking for talented personalities (m/f/d) with very good language skills in either Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Slovak, Hungarian, Croatian or Romanian.

Typical challanges are:
- missing paperwork (e.g. invoice, customer name or address, bank details)
- product returned is damaged / has been used
- product was sent without return authorisation
- customer wants to know how he or she can return purchase
- warranty claims
- item was not returned / return delivery got lost

About you (m/f/d):
- want to work in customer service / customer support
- consider customer interests whithout forgetting who pays your salary
- keep things simple
- problem solver
- hands-on mentality
- able to work in shifts
